injera and chili!

I was out and about today and stopped at a couple Ethiopian stores. I'm reminded that Ethiopia is a developing country. No candy, no presents. But, great injera! I had some with chili and it actually tastes a little like wat! I will be experimenting on all of you in the months to come, but will be kind and actually make wat for you instead of Amy's Organic Chili!
