Social Report

I received B's social report this am. Wow, 18 pages of pure bliss! She has gotten so big. Growing up without me. Many, many photos of her playing, sleeping, and eating. Also, info about her eating and sleeping habits, developmental milestones, and personality. She has one of those deep cheek dimples on the right with a huge toothless smile. She only has a bit of loose curled hair and a huge head (typical Ethiopian head). She likes to eat everything and sucks her left fingers and lays (or is it lies--never get that right) on her tummy when sleeping. The nannies take the kiddos out each day for a sunbath and it says she loves it (I plan to continue doing a little massage when home). It is a beautiful, nurturing thing for the nannies to do, but I know they do the massage outside for Vitamin D. Institutionalized children have a higher rate of Vitamin D deficiency due to being inside all of the time. Oh, what great care she is receiving! Can't wait to show the photos when I see you!
