"Mama, I did it!" --very excited about accomplishments and independence.
"Mama, it's dark outside. The sun is sleeping." (thank you, Dora) Plus, she always is on the lookout for the moon and spots it before I do. We are moon and star obsessed.
Correct use of "ours" and "mine". "There is our car, mama."
"I watch Princess Tina (Tiana)?" -- I actually like the movie. Maybe some parents wouldn't care for the voodoo, but I think it's a kids' fantasy land.
From the backseat: "Green light, mama." Telling me how to drive already.
"Mama, we read one more book?" Books would be top obsession. I guess there's worse things:).
