get all the exercise you can now, because once the little one arrives, all great intentions on exercise change! Have you started your adoption scrap book? I don't know what to send you for a new baby gift so you are going to have to give me some ideas. What do you have enough of? Karen K.
oh, wow, I have most everything! Yes, I have an adoption scrapbook and another Kolo album already. I would love more music or (actually) a dvd or two. I saw the Little Einsteins (I think that's what they are called?) for the first time. I actually liked it. I love Sesame Street type of stuff. I like all of the music that bands have put out for babies/kids. I will register a couple of places...
Ted loves his music and we sing along in the car. Before he could talk he would sign for me to do more singing. Now he just yells out, more! The reason why I started to have music in the care is because I would find that I would be in my work mode already and not talk to him on our way to daycare. I looked back and he was just looking out the window. Then I thought, this is a great opportunity for us to start a fun memory and time together learning silly songs. It not only puts you in a good mood, instantly, but it also helps with talking and bonding with your baby. I will send you all of the cds that we like. The baby dvd's Ted found no interest in at all. Now that he is 2 he is starting to like trains and Frosty. We watch those on drives to MN and on snow days when I need a break. Karen
