Success!

Potty success this week! No accidents, except for the #2 variety. She hasn't figured that out, yet. And, I haven't figured out how to help her figure that out. Dry in the morning, dry after nap. Doesn't want to wear a diaper. YEAH!

Sorry about the photo dry spell. Will get excited about it again, soon, I hope.

Our 2 year post-placement report is due in 3 weeks. That should help me get back in the mood.

Birhane turned 33 months this week as well. She will be transitioning to the preschool program at daycare in another week. We both loved this classroom, but can tell she's getting a little bored and it's time for some new challenges. Here's hoping to gentle transitions. We'll see.

I've been talking about transitioning her to a "big bed" for the past several months. Now that she's getting the potty thing, I definitely need to get on it. But, will wait until after daycare transition. Looking for side rails. Anyone have an extra pair or single they are looking to recycle? I was curious about the inflatable kind that go under the fitted sheet from the One Step Ahead catalog. Anyone use those?
